I've been going here for years. I find that even if you don't call ahead (unless you go on a day before a big holiday where everyone is bringing their kids in for a haircut) you don't have to wait that long. I have also taken to calling ahead, asking if my favorite person is working that day, and telling them I'm on the way. By the time I get there, I can usually just sit in the chair within minutes of arriving. It's awesome.

The wait at Haircuts never really is that long at all..Jeff must have been in a huge rush, as many of us always are. There is a call ahead service so you can call & put your name in ahead of time. There are usually 3 people on, & on Saturdays there is at least 6 people working. They are all friendly & service is great! I love getting my hair cut there & wont go anywhere else!
The place is huge, many chairs, but usually only 2 people working! I have tried this place a few times, but I'm done with it. Busy people beware, you'll probably be here awhile.
