It took an hour just for us to sit down. Then we weren't helped. They had about 3 people working and they were working slowly. The wait wasn't worth the quality.
The people there were very nice and the facilities were very clean. I went on a busy Saturday morning without an appointment and had to wait a little, which was ok, because I was in no hurry. The people there are friendly, professional and nice. I got a standard mani-pedi with regular polish, which cost $30. During the pedicure, they used a cuticle softener, battery operated callous remover, sugar scrub, paraffin wax and lotion. For the manicure they used a cuticle softener and lotion. They cleaned up and shaped my nails nicely. Everything was fine until the woman painted my nails...they were streaky, there was polish overlapping my cuticle on every nail, and I had a small cut that was bleeding where she had accidentally cut me. I am not usually a complainer, but if I am going to spend 2 hours in a nail salon, I would expect my nails to look flawless. Instead, I left feeling disappointed, with plans to redo them myself at home.
awesome service and awesome employees. really personable. my nails are always flawless when i leave and it is just a nice place to relax after work and treat myself once in a while
