THE BEST HAIR BLOW OUT HIGHLIGHTS AND HAIRCUT IN BERGEN COUNTY--PERLA--..i had been looking for someone in bergen county to give me a good blow out for months and it wasnt until perla did my hair for the first time that i knew i found a good hairdresser..she was awesome!! Weeks later i decided to do highlights on my natural hair for the first time and she did an awesome job.. I get complements on my hair all the time.. I feel pretty and girly again thanks to perla..her hands are magic and i must mention she gave me the best haircut ever!! She knows how to deal with all types of hair.. Yes she gives awesome blower for that curly hair... She will be my permanent hairdresser.. Im so glad i found her!!! So worth trying her:) i love my new look i am one happy camper and so is my husband!

I am a New Jersey and New York City-based make up artist and I go to Rosie for my eyebrows, and will not go elsewhere. Make sure to print out the coupon from the website - brows are $4. Yes, you read that correctly. EVERYONE is friendly, competent and, perhaps most importantly, the salon is CLEAN. I have had some waxing there too, and they do a fantastic job. I get complements from my clients and even my aesthetician. Above all - my mother, who is almost 60 years of age, has been tweezing her non-existent eyebrow hairs every day of her life since she's had a magnifying mirror (I am not kidding.) Rosie has, in only 3 months (my mom goes every other week because she won't allow her to tweeze those pesky hairs!), completely changed everything about her eyebrows - as in she HAS them for the first time...ever. My mom now does not need ANY eyebrow pencil to fill in. They look amazing! Make sure to go during off-peak hours in order to avoid the wait. Everyone I have seen does a fantastic job - haircuts and blowouts included.

I had some doubts, but wanted to try Eyebrow Threading and was very happy that I chose ARC salon. The girl did an excellent job without any pain. I wouldn't repeat lip threading through - that hurts & also I got bumps afterwards on my lip (similar to breakouts).

I normally get my eyebrows done in NY but my lady moved out off state I found this place with great reviews and decided to try it today. I told the girl that I just needed her to clean up my eyebrows but please keep the shape... She F**ked it up so bad, she made it too thin and ruined my shape am so disappointed... needless to say this would be my last time there.

well it seems that I may be the only one with a horrible experience maybe Ann wasn't there....But the woman that did my threading couldn't understand a word of English and "yes" me to death. THEN PROCEEDED TO RUIN MY EYEBROWS - left close to nothing!!!!!!!!
