Don't plan on walking in to this place. The online check-in is completely abused. I was sitting there for over a half hour in an almost-empty salon and every person that walked in the door got serviced ahead of me because they checked in online. I get that it's convenient, but it's ridiculous if people are checking in way ahead of time and just moseying in ahead of everyone else who didn't have time to check in. Wasted almost an hour of my life and I'll be sure not to at another great clips.
