She (Ava) is too expensive! I brought my own hair and she still charged me a lot of money without putting into consideration that I bought my own hair. I mentioned this to her, but she just brushed it aside as if she didn't hear what I said. The stylist are very loud: yelling across the room and talking on the phone all day. Its very rude when you are getting your hair done and someone is talking right on top of your head for 8 hours; just the tugging on my scalp alone hurts then the combination of noise and the braiding is a recipe for headache. One of the stylist brought their kid and this kid was running around the whole shop with his soiled diaper in his hands. I will never go back there!

I got my hair braided here and the woman braiding my hair ended up pulling out my edges in the process of braiding my hair. The way the weave was wrapped into my real hair ended up knotted together and pulled out my hair. Plus several of my braids fell out after I had my hair braided for only a few days. When I finally took my braids out, my edges basically got ruined. I've had micros many times and never have I had so many problems with the braids. I will never go there again. AND it took over 9 hours to get my hair done because she kept making the braids smaller and smaller.

My hair looked nice but it took 6 hours to get done, WITH 2 people braiding my hair, and it started to unravel in the front only a week after getting it done.I've had my hair done several times before and never should it have taken that long or come apart that fast (even though I am a wild sleeper, it usually takes 2 weeks before showing any wear). Additionally, know in advance that they only take cash and the closest ATM is at the gas station nearby. I wouldn't go there again.
