I was a regular customer at this salon for 10+ years but after several recent horrible experiences I will never return. They hired several new women manicurists, each of which are rude, incompetent and unprofessional. I always get acrylic tips with airbrushed french manicure and clear gel on top- a pretty standard request- and the new hires always manage to screw it up somehow. I excused their sloppy work for several months until the most recent incident, which was the final straw. The manicurist (one of the new ones) actually cut me THREE times in one visit with the electric file and did not offer a single apology. Each time I pointed out the blood on my fingers to her and waited for an apology and all she did was shrug her shoulders and mutter "Oh". This type of behavior is absolutely inexcusable. Needless to say, I left the salon completely outraged and will NEVER be returning. I now take my business to the Pro Nails 2 salon in Franklin Lakes. They offer the same reasonable prices as Pro Nails in Mahwah but are infinitely more professional, courteous and just have a much better business conduct overall.

Very pleasant experience and great atmosphere and staff.

My wife keeps saying that no other place do her nails. Like this guys here so I think she complained once because some guy or girl was a little rough and that's why you don't see my 5 stars

They've become very dirty and dusty there. :-( I wonder where the Dept of Health is when it comes to a Nail Salon? There is a wait,even with an appt and they tell you "well you have to wait for a doctor." They aren't doctors, they are nail technicians at best without green cards. I see it emptier there, the economy and uncleanliness is affecting them. I am sadly disappointed by the direction they are going. A long time disappointed client.

Place is horrible. The owner actually threatened to kill me because I told him that getting up during a nail session to do someone else's nails was unprofessional. They take forever, they do a horrible job, and the nails last less than 2 weeks. Incredibly overpriced for the work, I pay half that in Perth Amboy for nails that will stay on a month, and are completely hand painted. They are dirty, and understaffed. All around HORRIBLE experience, If you want cheap product and poor quality for an extremely high price - This is the place for you!
