i go to this salon ALL the time the people are nice they are probably one of the best nail salons i have been to and they have nice prices..

I have tried this nail salon on three different occasions because I really wanted to like it due to the location to where I live. The attitude of the people working there that I have come in contact with has been snobby, and at times condescending and downright rude...little attempt to show appreciation for my business. Aside from the lack of professionalism and service, the last time I was there I have never had a sloppier and more careless nail job in all of my years having my nails done. I had requested pink and white acryllic and the salon seems to push the gel. Clearly the girl was not happy that I chose pink and white acrylic regardless of her attempts to pursuade me with the gel, saying that nobody does pink and white acrylic anymore, that it is old fashioned. I also would have had to pay for a new set of nails, rather than having a refill only. When I saw that she was doing a haphazard job, I asked her to switch to the gel. She said she could not because she had already sloppily dabbed the adhesive on parts of my nails. Although she asked me how much white I wanted, I have different amounts of white on each nail. Some of the white has run into the pink, and I have acrylic on my cuticles and beyond. I had to ask her to made them a little thinner, to which she replied that I came in with them thick (not)! Reluctantly she complied with my request and went through the motions. I also had to request that she clean underneath them, which also removed a few large chunks of acrylic still left underneath. I could go on...there is more...but you get the idea. I left her a nice tip, which I usually do because I know the girls work hard, but I wish I had looked more closely at them before I left. I probably gave the girl the mistaken impression that I was satisfied with her work. I have since thought about going back for a refund or to have them redone, but I really don't want to step foot in there again. The management should give the girls a course on customer service! It was a very disapointing experience.
