Not only do the stylists or dye specialists not speak much English, they charged high salon prices but did not deliver. I asked for a root dye and a trim to fix my bangs, what I got after three hours of silence was a very bad dye job that washed out in a week and a huge chunk of my hair gone with no side bangs. The cherry on top was the fact that if you used your credit card to pay for the overpriced bill they charged you an extra $35 just for using it plus other fees. Never coming back to this place ever again. If your looking to try a new place to pamper your hair, please do not go here. Quality is very low.
