I have to say I've been going to this Nail Salon for quite some time... they are good... esp. the owner and Jane... but have to say the last time I was there.. they were short of staff and I had an appointment... and they were taking walk ins before me...I went up to the owner, and said, "Hey Deb, I have an appointment, what is going on here?" and I was put with the woman who cuts hair in the back of the salon to do my nails... she had no experience .. and took forever and a day... I was beyond frustrated..and guess what? I was there literally 4 hours!!! I could have had surgery, a nose job, lipo or drove to Long Island and back by this time... horrible customer service!!
