I would give this business a zero star or a minus 100 star, if I could! A friend of mine received unbelievably horrible service from this filthy nail salon. The woman who helped her was pretty much next to retarded as far as customer service. When asked if the utensils they use are clean, the woman from Top Nails replied that they are clean but if she wanted to be sure, she should go and do her own nails at home! In addition, the same trashy Top Nails employee commented on a customer's feet and said that her toes are deformed! Also, all the pedicure massage stations were all broken, and the salon itself overall was filthy, including the rude female employee! The salon needs a major overhaul in trash cleaning which includes the firing of that idiotic female employee!
I was rushed and ignored the entire time and they spoke in a language other than English! And to top it all off, my polish had begun to bubble up as it dried! Argh....then even though signs w/ the correct prices were posted, I was over-charged!
