Always a great experience. The ladies are so friendly.
I've been to Snips and Clips a number of times with my two boys, but this time was the last time. There was a long wait because of back to school time. My wait was even longer because people with appointments were showing up and getting in ahead of us. I was 'next' for 45 minutes. Should have made an appointment. What made it worse was that just when the appointments cleared out, two of the three hair dressers went on break, leaving me and four other families to wait even longer. Then, she did a horrible job on my son's hair, so bad that I have to fix it. No wonder they put all that gel in their hair - so you can't see the mistakes til the next day. Also, my kids are covered in hair. Did she even try to brush it off?
