I have been to Finishing Touch 4 times and brought my mother there once. It really is beautiful salon and the stylists do nice work. However my issue lies within the reception and scheduling. I called to make an appointment and was so unpleased with the tone I received I have elected not to go there any longer. The older woman that answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. She acted as if she was doing ME a tremendous favor by trying to accommodate my request to bring business into HER salon. Mind you I was scheduling well in advance. It really is shame that the hospitality wasn't better because the stylists do great work. As a professional I would never speak to an existing or potential client that way.

I have been coming to the Finishing Touch for the past two years and couldn't be happier. Everyone there from receptionist to stylists are all welcoming and very helpful. Josie has been my hairstylist for the past two years and I can't say enough about how great she is! I have white hair, which can be very aging but Josie is one of the few stylists that I have been to who can turn my hair into "angel feathers"! Everyone comments on my cut and how stylish my hair is...I really can't take the credit...it goes to Josie! Expensive? The way I look at it...it is less than a dollar a day to have a great look, well at least for my hair, everyday! Many thanks...Trish

The owner is very rude. She seems very fake and never wants to be involved with events. My daughter had a cheerleading event and we all went to finishing touch. The owner wasn't even there to talk with the moms. That was a great opportunity for her to bring in money. Her loss. She's also very outdated in her cutting and styling skills. For someone doing hair as long as she has she should have more talent.

I love the atmosphere in this salon. Liz did my waxing last time and she did a great job! Met the owner outside the shop one morning and she was so pleasant to talk to.
