I've been a customer here for many years and have always had great experiences. However, a couple weeks ago I had a lady do my nails and was really unhappy with them (shape, length, color, etc.) but said nothing. Went to go get a fill a couple weeks later and get two nails fixed. The lady glued the nail to my actual finger..not even on my nail & made me bleed. Then she started filing all my nails down super short and I asked her to stop and she told me that I could go somewhere else if I didn't like them. And I did just that. Horrible customer service and the women that have done my nails there have done horrible jobs. I will never go back.
