I take my son to the Kyung the Korean lady at Pro Image. Kyung is a very proficient hair stylist and is professional. I would recommend her highly. The studio is very clean and easy to park.
Aaron at Pro Image in Amherst has been cutting my hair, along with my friends and family for the last several years. The quality of his work of cutting my hair, styling my girlfriend's hair and that of my friends has always been of the most supreme quality. Great salon and a great stylist. The rest of the staff is very friendly and fun.
LOVE my stylist Cheryl and Pro Image as well. I had been coming to Cheryl @ her Cheektowaga salon for about 9 months, then followed her here for another 6 months so far. I have been VERY happy here. This is a nice upbeat salon with several spa options as well. All the technicians are warm and friendly. I believe all are renting their chairs, so if you did have a bad experience, it was YOUR stylist, NOT Pro Image.....they all work independently. I can honestly say, all customers walking out look fabulous.......have not seen a bad color/style since coming here! I believe their prices are comparable as well. I would suggest Cheryl and Pro Image to anyone!
I have never been to a more unwelcoming place than this, hair dressers that swear, are unprofessional and rude. On top of this my hair turned out disastrous that I had to go and redo it elsewhere. Please don't bother with this place.
very unprofessional, rude, and unskilled staff w. a hectic atmosphere to boot. buffalo has better to offer!
