I have been going to this location for over 2 years now. My color and highlights always look great and I never get a bad cut. I am usually happy with my eyebrows following a wax. The staff is all very friendly and their is an atmosphere of comradery. True, there is no soft spa lighting or dabbling fountains but paying less than 50% for the same services as received elswhere makes up for that loss.

I am usually pleased with the cut and highlights. I do try to get the same one or two stylists though. If they are not working when I go I usually come back another time. I have been to private 'salons' and think that the stylists I use at Fantastic Sams are just as good.

I went for eyebrow waxing and got eyelashes waxing instead!!! I didn't get the person's name (who did this), she has a blonde and straight hair. She putted too much wax in my eyelid that fell into my eyelashes!! It was a horrible experience!! She tried to put some lotion to smooth the wax, I couldn't open my eye for 5 mintues!!! She did apologize, but I still got charged full price. I was not offered a complimentary service after I lost half of my eyelashes on my left eye!! On the top of that, she asked me if I wanted her to finish the eyebrow waxing!! I was not going home with one eyebrow looking different than the other!! Never going back again to this place!! They need to be more careful, specially near the eye area, which is very sensitive.

Some of th stylists have been there for a while and do a nice job, but I have had several bad cuts that have taken months to undo, so for kids and men ok, but women who want a nice style, sadly you should go elsewhere.
