The office nice and the staff very professional. The PA I saw (Antionette) was also very personable, but I wouldn't recommend her. She basically walked into the room and without letting me know what she was doing, walked over to my face and started prodding it extremely roughly with a steel rod. I understand that this is something that is routinely done in dermatology, but in medicine, you're especially supposed to let your patient know when you're going to perform something painful on them. She didn't wipe my face before or after with anything, which I realized later, and thought to be pretty unsanitary. She gave me three prescriptions and failed to explain the directions for their use very thoroughly or slowly. I didn't receive any hand-written directions and had to look up everything on my own, which I thankfully had time to do and can understand, as I'm going into the health professions. Lastly, I've been trying to call the office for the past two days to get her to change my prescription for a medication she failed to tell me should only be taken for two weeks or might cause serious side effects. When I try to do this, the office staff is very nice, but the PA fails to call me back. Overall, I might recommend going there... just make sure you don't get her to supervise your care...
