I normally go to that supercuts to get my hair in different styles each time. I had this beautiful hair style and have had it for about a year now. I went to get it trimmed today and it turned out the worst i could have imagined. When i originally told her what i wanted she kept comparing it to her style, way different than mine. I kept telling her no, i want it to go behind my ears on the one side and cover my ear on the other. She ended up giving me a cut where one side my hair is all choppy and shows my ear and it can't go behind it. The other side my ear is showing, like the hair goes around it. I hate my haircut it makes me mad because i feel embarrassed to go out in public. I look like im 4 and im 13 so it's not a pleasent thing. Her name was Alex. So if you ever go there....avoid her.
