It's a great place to get a really good haircut. The shop is quiet and comfortable with lots of parking available. Both Lou and Carol are experienced and very friendly. You can just drop in or call for an appointment. There's also a special rate for seniors on Wednesdays...$9.00...a terrific value. Carol and Lou had been cutting my hair for a long time and I was happy to rediscover them at their new location. You won't be disappointed.

Went in once for a high and tight (Marines) and it was a great cut was set on going back. Went back approximately 3 weeks later for a touchup and re-shave and the owner didn't remember me (completely ok, no big deal...I'm a standard guy nothing special) but he went through the SAME...EXACT...fake sounding script talking to me that he did the first time. "How did you find us, where you from, it costs a lot to put this place into social media on the internet as an advertisement"...(tells me some monthly number)...talks about how he started up the place recently and about the colleges and town...I understand the small talk and I'm not against it at all but the guy must say the same thing to everyone, I mean it was word for word. Then I got home (after he charged me 12 dollars the first cut and 14 for the second one...confusing) with less hair on my head to cut the second time, and when i saw the lopsided shave job on the sides of my head that he did with a Bic razor (after using a straight bladed single razor the first time, which is more authentic). Nice people, friendly but as far as a business model...not impressive.

Lou has been cutting my hair for the past 18 years and he has also been cutting my grandfather's hair for the past 60 years as well as my brother and dad. He does an excellent job and I recommend him for his long tradition of excellent hair cuts and great conversation.
