Great people, great service, great price!
Got the WORST cut of my life going here. I wish the stylist just told me that she didn't know how to cut my hair-type and I would have gladly went back and asked a friend to give me a quick buzz. Now I have to wear a cap for the next 3 months. I would have just appreciated if the stylist was honest with me and told me that she didn't know how to cut my hair type (tight curls, short). Now 7 months of growing my hair has been thrown down the drain (Over cut my hair, previously 7-8 inches now 1.5~ when I only asked for 1inch to be cut off; My natural hair line has been cut over and destroyed). I wish I could buy a time machine with the refund I got back from the manager. Thanks, 'Great'Clips. Now I can't attend business meetings, go on dates or even look in the mirror without wanting to punch a wall. I'd say STAY WAY unless you're going in for an extremely BASIC cut or just a simple wash. I honestly wish I could file a lawsuit against the stylist who touched my hair!
This is the worst hair salon in rochester. Beware people,dont even think of getting your hair done here you'll need to get it redone again somewhere else...
i would not ever recommend going to this salon again. the staff isn't friendly.never ever go to this again.
