I was a walk-in but was able to be helped right away. I wanted a drastic change in length and style. The stylist, Allysa, made sure she and I were on the same page before she started cutting. She was very informative and friendly. She suggested a couple of things to try and we ended up going with her ideas. I love the cut and am very happy with the service! I'll be going back for my regular trims from now on.

I called about 20 minutes before I wanted to get my hair cut on 3/27/14 and they were able to fit me right in. When I got there, I showed them two coupons I had (one from Google and one from their website) and was trying to work out which would be the better deal for me. Rather than give me a hard time, they did the math and gave me the better deal. As I was getting my hair washed, I realized that the math was wrong and that the amount quoted was less than what I'd have been entitled to under either coupon. I chatted with my hair stylist, Rebecca, about it as someone else was also thinking out loud about it. We continued on chatting and getting to know each other since it was my first visit. I explained to her that the last cut I got (from another place) was really badly done. I told her what I wanted, what I didn't want, and what I was open to. She listened and worked with me. When she was done, my hair looked so much better. She fixed all the things the other person did without making my hair too short. I waited to write this review as I wanted to make sure that the next day after letting my hair naturally dry as I usually do and doing nothing else to it that it still looked good. It does! I am very happy with my hair cut and with their service. In fact, when I checked out, they wanted to honor the lower, incorrect price they quoted. I objected, but another stylist (I think he might have been the owner or manager) insisted, saying they had agreed on it. I was floored. The place may not be fancy, but it is classy. Although I'm moving 20 minutes away, now that I've verified the cut still looks good, I will be back the next time I need my hair done, ready to pay the correct price because they made me feel the drive will be worth it.

I went to Chili Hair Studio and had an updoo done for a wedding. Alyssa did a FANTASTIC job, and I can be very picky! I got alot of compliments that night on my hair, and what made me even happier, is it stayed in place for the entier night!! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and you cant beat the price for the service! I felt very comfortable and would go back for sure! Thanks Chili Hair Studio! :)

Chili Hair Studio has a modern atmosphere and that local salon feeling! The service and price added up to an excellent experience so no more questioning where to go when I need a haircut I now know where to go!
