Stopped in for an acrylic fill yesterday after work. The woman was very nice until i declined the $10 extra gel polish. She then began to be very rough with my hands and continued to ask if i wanted other services, eye brows again about gel polish. I simply wanted a fill and nails painted pink. She began to whisper and giggle to her co worker making it very uncomfortable! She said very rudely before she painted my nails you pay me now. Which i did and i included a decent tip even tho i felt she didn't deserve it. She then began painting my nails and was beyond sloppy! I could have done better myself. When i got home i took a closer look my nails have dents and were not filed evenly they are crooked, some are thicker than others. Worst experience in a nail saloon ever! and my nails are absolutely horrible looking! would not recommend to anyone

I received a gift certificate here and I was so excited to have some time to myself to relax. My experience was anything other than relaxing. The girl who was doing my nails was either on her phone or was running back and forth between my pedicure and waxing eyebrows. During the time she was with me, she was constantly trying to sell me something else or get me to upgrade. When it came time for my manicure, I had to wait 20 minutes for her to get off of her phone and sit down with me. My manicure was terrible, and I ended up going home and taking the polish off. On top of that, I ended up paying an extra $15 because I wasn't told that all of the the stuff they were doing to me was extra. I had never been there- how was I to know? I will never, ever go back here again!

i have been trying to find a nail salon i can be loyal too for a few years... pretty much ever since prom of my senior year in highschool. (almost 4 years ago) and i have been to AT least a dozen places. Out of them all i have encountered every type of personality and workmanship of every person i have been to... Personally I like the men better at these salons, they just know I am asian (half white half korean) and start talking my ear off, lol. But I really have experienced so many types of people, both men and women. I finally found my go to salon and I could not be happier. The owner, i think HE is the owner, when i walked in he was pleasant and quiet. I had an appointment at 12, came in early at 1030 after my errands were completed and while all the women were working (there were about 5-6 there that day) he, no problem, told me he could take me. He did a great job, did not finish in the hour most places take even for a crap job, but also did not take a 20-30 minutes either. He was quiet but asked me what i wanted, if i wanted a design on my ring finger, and i politely declined, and he was so nice. he did not hurt my fingers either, i have had problems where i have bled because of harsh handling, but i will come back for sure. (i will stop rambling, u get the picture). i am now proud to say as long as i live in cuse area i will be coming back here! they know how to treat you! and speak english pretty well too!!!
