I showed the owner a picture of the blonde color I wanted & she proceeded to lather bleach all over my head (without foils). I had a little auburn in my hair so it didn't lift the first time so she bleached it a second time!! The completed product was yellow. I looked like one of children from "Village of the Damned." When she curled my bangs she left a huge burn on my forehead (which is now scabbing over). On top of it she made me pay over $100 because she was "charging me by the hour." Oh, did I mention she cut the back & the right side was an inch shorter than the left? Long story short: I had another salon correct the color & cut for $65.
