I have been a customer of Ultimate Appearance for over 8 years now and I have had a more than excellent experience. The salon never dulls me. I go in with a semi idea and I come out with amazing hair! I am a person that will have anything done to my hair because it’s just hair. Everything that I get done is amazing. And I look forward to sitting with my head in foils for a few hours each time I go because I know my hair will be amazing. My hair is very thick and I have been able to have different thinning techniques tried to help my hair and they have worked. I would recommend this salon for anything and everything- trims, dramatic cut, color, touch up, weddings, proms, homecomings, senior pictures…anything.

I've been coming to the salon now for over 4 years and am very pleased with their services. I have had Amber, Ashley, Susie, Lisa, and MaryElla all cut my hair at times, but I am a regular of Amber currently. The rates are reasonable and she is able to replicate the cut beautifully (or change it up if I ask her to) ... They are very professional, on-top-of-things (especially scheduling and reminders), and run promotions and coupons often. I've had coloring/highlighting done before and was pleased with the way it turned out and the way they listened to how I wanted the look (coloring is pricy, but it lasted for a long time and was gorgeous) ... I'd recommend (and do recommend) Ultimate Appearance to anyone looking for a hair salon.

Ultimate Appearance was a great experience! The employees were friendly and accommodating! The owner made a point to talk to all the clients! I get tons of compliments on my hair! The color and the cut were fabulous! I would recommend this salon!
