A sole proprietorship in a tiny room that might well have been a storage closet at some point (it's in the back of another shop). An adult cut is only $8.00 (9/28/07). The proprietor is an old man named Nick. Don't expect much in the way of atmosphere--the space is cramped, and Nick may in fact be somewhat hard of hearing. Come prepared with very specific instructions for how you want your hair done, and be prepared to be patient explaining them to him. Definitely the cheapest haircut I've had in many years, and of average quality, but the conversation was somewhat off-putting and the failures to communicate vis-a-vis what I wanted done were somewhat frustrating.
