The manager is rude and does not care about customers. I was a "client" for years only coming to the salon when it was convenient (running late needed to get my nails done, close to home). I spent an hour in the salon when no one was present only for a fill-in, my nails were cut up and I was dissatisfied with the service. After voicing my concerns to the manager, Gene, she did not apologize or offer a solution. She simply told me it would be 18 dollars for my fill in (all I received was acrylic no nail polish.) With so many nail shops on every corner, I would not waste my time nor dollar in this shop.
I went here and had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! they completely fucked up my nails to the point I had to come back 2 days later! I had chipped nail paint, two broken nails, and it already looked as if I needed a fill in..just 2 DAYS LATER ! When I asked the man for assistance he seemed agitated..and told his assistant to fix the two nails that were broken..then when I asked about the paint he asked me if I expected them to fix my nails because I messed them up? he also stated that he is going to charge me to repaint my nails! he told me I was looking for "freebies" he yelled and assaulted me In front of all his customers which made me NEVER want to return here again their quick to take your money and refuse to fix their mistakes!
