I love my braids. keke is the only person I let braid my hair.. very professional took under three hours. I always refer friends to her.

I have never been so upset my braids are so BIG THERE BASICALLY DOOKIE BRAIDS, THE LADYS ARE SO RUDE MY NINE YEAR OLD DAUGHTER HAD TO USE THE RESTROOM & THE LADY HAD THE NERVES TO SAY HURRY UP I HAVE SOMEWHERE TO BE. AT FIRST I WAS GONE BE QUIET, BUT IT WAS VERY UNSETTLING SO I TOLD HER THAT WAS VERY RUDE OF HER. & IF I WASNT MISTAKENLY THAT I WAS PAYING HER FOR A SERVICE RIGHT?? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THE SHOP WAS FILTHY THE LITTLE GIRL WAS EATING A CANDY BAR THEN CAME & PUT HER HANDS ON MY SHORTS MIND U HER MOM DIDNT SAY ANYTHING TO HER CONTROL YOUR KIDS. MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE MY HAIR WAS HORRIBLE. I ALREADY TOOK IT DOWN PLEASE DONT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY. MIND U I DROVE A HOUR I LIVE IN WARREN OHIO, YES SUPER UPSET.

First off there are no longer located on Miles Road inside the Mall. There is nothing in the mall they are located across the street from the mall on Northfield Road. I had a 9a.m. appointment and I could not find the place so about ten minutes after 9a.m. they finally answered the phone then it was two other people there and they were not braiders. There were not two braiders which is okay I guess since i just got Kinky Twist but we did not get started until 10:30a.m. because they had to take down one ladies hair this was ridiculous then they talked so loud and in their language the whole 6 hours yes six hours. But if it means anything I like my hair it is a little long but I will go back over there and ask them to cut it and recurl it for me because actually I told her I wanted it like the website and she acted like I was getting on her nerves CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY NEEDS SOME WORK.

This location no longer exists & has now moved to Randall Mall, next to Macys, Cleveland, OH. I had a very bad experience there. They scheduled 8 different people for 9 AM appointments and only had 2 braiders. I was only there for a touch up, about 2-3 rows of braids. A 3rd braider came in and said I would have to wait until the afternoon. A 4th braider came in and she still couldn't do my hair b/c she apparently had someone else that had a 9 AM appointment, but even she said don't go to the shop. My day was packed & I had an important event coming up that I needed my hair done for. That was the only time I had to get my hair done. I called 1-800-4Braids and a man answered who was very nice & understanding. He told me he would call the owner, but when I called back for an update, a woman answered the phone. She told me she was too busy to talk to me & the man I had spoken to 5 minutes earlier was busy praying!!! No one had called the owner while I sat in my car in the parking lot & waited with my heat running. The woman was rude to me & said I was wasting time by talking to her & she was busy with another customer. I mean, come on, what kind of business is this??? I will never go back and I wouldn't advise anyone else to either.

I kept getting lost and was over an hour late getting to my appointment. They had 3 braiders working on my hair. It was sore as h-ll, but it took just under 3 hours and was beautiful.
