Great guys/lady, great location and always a reliable cut. Recommend calling ahead as it can become difficult to get in. Well versed in the classic and trendy styles. If you're downtown, this place is a no brainer.
Best Haircut I've ever gotten great conversation
I have been going to Donna for at least 5+ years and have never had issue one with a haircut, or the cleanliness of the shop or scissors, brushes or other implements. Everything is in that blue barbacide stuff, and the combs and brushes aren't full of hair like in some women's salons I've been to. She is excellent at what she does with women's hair, and she gives damn fine men's cuts as well. My hair is long, and a lot of stylists want to get crazy with over trimming, not Donna. She listens to what I want, and does a beautiful job. Ladies if you've been looking for someone in the downtown area, call and ask for Donna, she's awesome!

I've been going to the Rockefeller Barber Shop since I've moved back to Cleveland and started working downtown. I've been going to Ray for roughly 7-8 months and he has done an excellent job every time. Ray knows how to deal with my cowlick. As always the best part is the hot neck shave and the kick back with a hot towel on your face. They play good music there and it's a treat everytime I get my hair cut. I look forward to getting my hair cut!
