You couldn't cram more customers into the space. The waiting area was tiny and overcrowded also. The decor, including waterfall panels and the music you can only hear intermittently are meant to be soothing, but the super-busy, wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am atmosphere is anything but. It's hard to relax here, but for the price (basic mani-pedi) it's okay.
WILL NEVER COME BACK! Manicure and pedicure was ok, but I also decided to go for brazilian wax and it was HORRIBLE. SO Unprofessional! Wax was done poorly & painfully. DO NOT ever go there, very bad experience.
Poor Service! I got an acrylic overlay on a Thursday. By that Monday the acrylic started to lift, and snag in my hair and on clothes. I called Anthony Vince and was told I could come in that Thursday for help. The lady who initially did my nails lied and said she didn't do them; they keep a log of who does who's nails so why the lie? To make matters worse, she and some other woman (who didn't identify herself as a manager, so didn't know who she was) tried everything in the book to keep from making good on the poor job that was done. I grew exhausted explaining over and over that I KNOW that acrylic lasts longer than 4 days before lifting. What irritated me the most is that I was a dissatisfied customer and the best they could do was attempt to play me for a fool (not knowing that I'm a retired nail tech) by telling me that when my nails are "old", in terms of length, the acrylic lifts from them??? I have SHORT nails. Then they said it's been 10 days since I'd been there; I nicely pulled out my receipt to let them know it was 7 days and acrylic is supposed to last at least 2 weeks. The straw that broke the camel's back was when they decided to discuss the situation with one another, IN A LANGUAGE OTHER THAN ENGLISH, right there in front of me. Why don't these people understand that this is rude??? Unacceptable. I won't be back; shame on me for giving them a chance!
I went to this salon once to have a manicure. Never again!! I asked for black nail polish. Since there was none in their selection of polishes. They pulled one from the "for sale" display. When she finished with my manicure, I saw the clerk return it to the display. The quality of the products used was horrible. I think she used Vaseline hand cream for lotion. Seriously??? This is not what I expect for the amount charged. The shop is in a relatively upscale area, why are they not providing service to match that?????
The finished pedicure I got looks nice... but don't expect to be pampered... they want you in and out! And don't fall for purchasing anything but the $32 pedicure - you can't tell the difference between that and the next "level" up!!
