I go here every few weeks. I can't believe the reviews. .. my eyebrows are always flawless. the lady in the first booth is my favorite nail tech there. every one is always kind, quick, and it always looks top quality

Got a 1 start because I couldn't give it 0.....I recently had false lashes applied that cost $45, was told they would last 2 weeks but yet a few days later they started to disintegrate. Woke up one morning with the lash in my eye causing pain and discomfort so I had to remove it which destroyed it. I called CK Nails and spoke to the Manager, who actually did my lashes and explained to her what happened....she told me that she could re apply the old lash and proceeded to blame me for having a lack of natural lashes... I explained to her the lash was destroyed because I had to take it off...she said she would not redo my lashes and that I should've known this would happen.... I asked her how could I have known when this was never a problem before....I then told her their policy should've been explained to me before hand because if I would've known that this was how it was going to be then I would've spent my $45 elsewhere. She then hung up on me. I will not ever go there again!

I have been to this nail salon a couple of times due to convenience in location. I have been horribly disappointed. Not only do they wait on multiple customers at the same time which makes your service take longer, but it is poorly run and my nails are ALWAYS a disappointment. I will never go here again. Even if you save a buck you will not be satisfied with your manicure, pedicure, or massage! I went in a day later after being disappointed with a manicure that I had here and was not only treated poorly but the workers were rude, unprofessional and had terrible customer service. Overall the worst salon I have ever been to and I have tried a few!

I will Never go back to this place EVER AGAIN! Tammy the Manager does NOT know how to run a busniess.

I got a pedicure & it was terrible. I was done in 15 mins on top of the guy who did my pedicure didn't even scrub my feet after using the razor he took a chunk out of skin then didn't do anything about it for $35 I could've done a better job. I won't be back! Then two of the women stood in a woman's face who is a customer talking about her.
