My daughter 13 just got her hair and eyebrows done for the first time. She was nervous but Frankie made her feel right at home listened to all her ideas and ran with it! Very happy customers. I won't go anywhere else. I also get my hair done and you can't put a price on the way you feel when you leave, I'm always happy with the result. Check her out you won't be disappointed.
This is regarding Frankie Collins lot #11. I have got unprofessional service from this stylist. I made my first apointment for 11:00 A.M. and when its was time for my apointment she wasn't in her loft. There was a woman in the hall complaining for at leat 15 - 20 minutes that I heard her and I was just completely over it. I left and she called me nine minutes later (I let it go to voice mail) asking if I would like to come back. I did not call her back. I will never call her back. This Salon Lofts is in the ghetto any ways and is not worth me spending 25 dollars on a haircut/style for that kind of service. If I wanted crappy service I would go to Saturdays or First Choice and spend half the price on a hair cut. I will never go to another Salon Lofts again.
