I had the worse experience I have ever had at a hair salon. From the moment I walked in the lady was mad at me for coming in an hour before they closed. When I sat down she turned around and said to the other lady "You need to shut your mouth, you jinxed us.".
She acted really pissed off the entire time and didn't even do the side burns on my hair, she acted like everything I asked her to do was a waste of time and became even more mad when she found out I was not giving her a tip. I was going to have my daughters hair trimmed there as well but I decided to leave after I was done. I will never return again.
Wife went there, had a reaction to the eyebrow wax. The manager and one of the crew were rude, unhelpful and refused to even give us the type of wax or ingredients so we could give to the doctor.
