I have gone to other Great Clips and have always had a good experience but this particular shop , I had never gone to and after this experience, will never go back. It was a Sunday afternoon and I decided to go get a trim. I called ahead of time because I was not familiar with the area that this one was located. The person I spoke to stated that they would be closing soon at 5pm but I could still be serviced, as long as I was there by 5pm that day. So, I proceeded to the shop. Within minutes I arrived at the shop. I walked in and there were other customers in the shop, one lady ahead of me checking out. Once it was my turn, the stylist checking me in, proceeded to ask me check in questions, such as my name, etc but I sensed a negative attitude as we are going through the process. She even rolled her eyes as she was checking me in. Because I sensed this, I told her that I had called ahead but if she needed me to, I could come back tomorrow. She simply stated, “NO, you are in here now”. So, I sat down, she ran to the front door to lock and went to the back of the shop for a few minutes and then came back to get me to take me to her chair. Again, because I could feel the negative attitude, I tried to again to kindly state that I had called ahead and they told me I could come but I certainly don’t like to keep anyone too late. She only responded to my comments with a grunt and mumble sound under her breath while rolling her eyes. At this point, I was no longer going to deal with this unprofessional person. I jumped out of the chair, grabbed the paper from around my neck and ran out of the shop. I was in complete disbelief that this had just happened. I am all about customer service and this young lady with her purple hair and her unprofessional behavior and non customer service attitude, was NOT going to touch my hair. So to wrap this up, hate to say that this shop, as a whole is bad but they definitely have a bad apple in the bunch, so avoid the stylist with the purple hair and the nasty attitude!

First time at this location. Horrible customer service. Talked over, talked around. The stylist too busy talking about breast feeding and other inappropriate conversations with 3 other stylist ignoring their customers. Terrible experience, will never go back.

The hairdresser named Inna is amazing! She's my go to lady!
