My husband's sweet sisters and mother arranged for me to go to Papillon for a spa day on my birthday. I was given a facial with massage on my neck, shoulders, hands and feet - it was heavenly! I was so relaxed by the end that I started falling asleep and worried I'd start sleep talking. I'd never had a facial before, and my skin can be sensitive, but my aesthetician (Jean? Dee? I feel so bad that I can't remember her name... but I was half asleep!) was gentle and very knowledgable. She mixed different masks for different parts of my face and my skin was glowing, healthy and new when I left! Next I had a hair cut from Lisa. (My sister actually called the salon to make sure someone could do curly hair.) Lisa has curly hair and was so great! If you're a curly girl, go see Lisa! She really knew how to help restore not only the shape I wanted, but my hair felt much healthier . She knew just what to cut off and what to leave on to achieve a sustainable, easy hairstyle that would let the thin stuff from nursing my baby grow out well. Finally, everyone was just so kind and accommodating, I had a wonderful experience. If I had before/after pictures to show, you'd think it was staged as bedraggled as I looked walking in and walking out just so refreshed. It was my first spa day, but it won't be my last with these ladies!

Papillion is my "go to" place for massage, manicure, pedicure, facial, wax, special day spa packages...you name it! The staff is so friendly and they make you feel special from the moment you walk in. Brittany give the best massage in Columbus...maybe even Ohio...maybe even the country! Prices are reasonable and while it is a nice, full service spa it is small enough to feel very intimate and personal. I would highly recommend it!

I took my mom here for her birthday and she absolutely loved it! As soon as I walked in everyone was so sweet and had such a positive attitude. They offered my mom a glass of wine. It was beyond relaxing. Go here! The cost is worth it!
