I had the most horrible experience at Lenny's! DO NOT RISK IT and don't be fooled by the spa's posh façade! I went there in preparation for my sisters wedding 2 weeks away and his stylist fried my long hair and turned it bright orange (instead of dark blond). (I now know that I did not even need a color remover since much of my hair was not color treated and I had a temporary shade on part of it that was washing out - I just wanted it lightened a little. A weave would have been the logical option.) I requested it be fixed by Lenny himself since the stylist was obviously too inexperienced to be trusted. Lenny called me on the phone irate and refusing to fix my hair - blaming me for the situation! He told me he had screamed at the stylist too for messing up. I was able to squeak out part of a sentence about how I don't like having harsh chemicals used on my hair and he started ranting about his daughter-in-law who is a vegetarian, won't let his grandkids eat meat and won't use chemicals on her hair. I said, "Yes, I'm exactly like her." Then he said "Then this conversation is over!" AND HUNG UP ON ME!!! He later screamed at and threatened my husband who was trying to negotiate a refund for the $150 which Lenny had promised to refund us and then didn't! Lenny Rosser is unprofessional toward customers and abrasively arrogant in the extreme. I have no clue why people go there and pay his extreme prices for second rate work. I have never had such a crazy and upsetting experience in my life and I feel so sorry for his family and employees - he must be a tyrant to live with!
