The stylists need more training. I went in to take advantage of their 14 foil promotion for 34.95. Within 6 foils my hair overheated and my head literally started smoking. I lost some hair due to this not to mention they bleached my shirt and I received no apology for that. I dont feel they were very apologetic and gave me excuses like it was my fault that it happened. They said it was becasue of my blood pressure meds, then they said because the hair color I previoulsy used had mettalic dyes in it. I called Loreal they do not have any mettalic dyes in their product. I went back to my old stylist and she was able to correct the mishap and even finished foiling my hair without any issues. My hair looks great except for the handful that I lost from Studio 66.
I do not like being told one price then after services are done being told another! NOT COOL! Will not be going back!
