Worst experience! I have been going to this salon for almost a year now. Every time has been wonderful up until today. The lady with the short hair with the red and yellow highlights was awful! I had asked for a full solar set which is typical for me and she acted like she didn't know what she was doing. She kept cutting into my nail with the dremel and ended up leaving big divots in my nail. They were completely uneven. I hated them! They were very uneven and she didn't even try to do the shape I asked for which was oval. She just did what she wanted which was square. I gave her my money and she kinda threw a fit when I didn't tip her. Never going here again!!

Went here 3 times. The first time was great! Got a pedi and shellac french manicure. Lasted forever! The 2nd time, got the same with a different girl who kept messing up my nails. One fingernail got a hair on it and she pulled it off with tweezers and said it was fine but it wasn't... The shellac on 3 of my nails lifted and my thumb polish cracked off while on vacation. I was NOT happy. I decided to give it another chance and called them at 4:30 on a Sunday. I asked the hours and he said they close at 6. So I headed there and as soon as I walked in the door, I was told (by the same person I spoke to on the phone) "We're closed." I told them that I had just called, and he said that everyone left. No apology. No voucher, etc. This is not how to do business, especially because I've already spent $140 here and would've been a loyal customer!!

They stay open until 8pm so that was great! They were nice lady's and did a great job! Prices were good as well, I will be going back again.
