You know, I pulled up Great Clips really quick so I could call them for an appointment and then I started causally looking at the reviews and I'm frankly blown away by the "one stars" and the ridiculous comments posted. Listen, I get that sometimes things go wrong -- but the two anonymous ones seem dubious to me. I noticed they also used the same relative terms as if the same person wrote them. I've been going here off and on for nearly 6 years. I lived in another state, and when I came back, they were the first place I went in Norman to get my haircut. I bring my whole family to Great Clips and specifically ask for Tonya, the manager, who is always gracious, fun, and quick to provide excellent customer service. I've had others there cut my hair too without incident. I own a business in Norman, happily put my REAL name on the review, and will continue to go to Great Clips.

I highly advise against going to Great Clips. I was receiving a basic men's haircut. I have short hair, so you would think that it would be nearly impossible to mess that up, right? Well, i just got home and realized I have a big triangle shaped bald spot on the back of my head. The lady giving me my haircut never even mentioned it and even gladly accepted my tip. In the past I have received subpar haircuts. I always had to trim it up a little afterwards, but I am easy going. No big deal. But now I will never step foot inside Great clips again.

This location could not be bothered with customer satisfaction. Took 2 clients who came in after us before us. Will give my business to someone else.
