Bought a Groupon and this ended up being a mistake. My highlights look like crap! She was pulling my hair so hard when she was putting the foils in. Then when she went to cut it she didn't even brush it out all the way and left tangles all in it! It is unexplainable because i have never seen someone do that before! I am not tender headed at all but it hurt so bad! My hair cut is very uneven. I had to pay money to go get it fixed and cut correctly! Do not get your hair done here with Makenzie!!!

Purchased a groupon and definitely would not ever get my hair cut there again. - I don't think she used enough shampoo or conditioner during the wash. With enough conditioner, my hair has few tangles afterwards that are easy to work out. But after this wash, my hair was beyond tangled. The whole wash was very quick - about 2 minutes long. - When my hair was still damp, she tore through my tangles with a hair brush from top to bottom. I have long hair and work hard to take care of it and could barely stand to hear the sound of my hair snapping and breaking. - It wasn't the most even trim - I have random pieces of hair that stick out longer than the rest. - Overall, it was quality you would expect from a discount hair salon. However, if I hadn't used a groupon, this would have been a $45 trim plus more for wash and style. Be advised.

Haircut was uneven and cut shorter than I requested. It was shorter on the left and longer on th right. I asked that my hair lay right, and my layers to be blended. Neither of these requests were met. My blond highlights were also not as I asked them to be. Please think twice before going to get your hair done here. It makes it worse that I purchased a Groupon for this company. I will never go back to this salon.

I bought a Groupon for this company I never have gone to. I couldn't get anyone to answer from cell or business. I called on a Wednesday about 10:30 so they should be open? Over all I cancelled everything due to the no response and the review. I don't want to take any chances with my anniversary coming up! This would be a great idea though for someone doing hair that has it together or at least can answer their calls during business hours.
