They seem to go through stylists quickly. When I find one I like, she's gone the next time I call for an appointment. I've gone through four stylists in the last 2 years at the same salon. One was a single mom and she was driven away by an uncaring manager. As for the others, I'm not sure if JCP doesn't pay them enough to stay or their lack of advertising is the cause, but it's become too much of a hassle to retrain someone else on my hair. Taking my business elsewhere...
