In a time when customer service should be at the top of the list for all businesses, this one is a fail. I purchased a bottle of shampoo and the girl put a bottle of conditioner in my bag. when I arrived home "2 hours away" and saw the mistake, I emailed them to let them know the error that had been made. The email I received apologized for " ME " having purchased the wrong thing and that I could return in within 30 days. I emailed them back and expressed my disappointment in them trying to pawn off their associates mistake on me and addressed the ridiculousness of driving 2 hours just to return a $24 bottle of shampoo. If this is the type of customer service that can be expected I say run as fast as you can away from it. Not worth losing money over !!!!
