Terrible! Got French pedi that was really sloppy

I just took my best friend and her daughter to get a mani and pedi. The work was terrible. The massage was non existent. A after my pedi I chose not to get a mani. it was to late for my bf. I can't tell you how upset it made me to pay $120 knowing I have to pay someone else to redo it tomorrow.
