If I could give this place negative stars I would. Shop owner and employee were late opening, the guy doing my nails barely said a word to me the entire time I was there. He did a clear acrylic and then painted on the design I requested...um hello what era are we living in?! So then after all that the guy puts my nails in the dryer and 12 minutes later my nails are still SUPER wet which resulted in TWO getting ruined before I even left. Then to top it all off they charged me $45 for the haf a** job he did! Oh and two dsys later all but ONE nail is already lifting. Lesson learned....NEVER go to one of the whole in the wall asain shops because I will be sadly dissapointed!

I've been going to Ten Perfect nails since they opened. The owners T.C. and Vivian are delightful. The shop is exceptionally clean and the mani/pedi and eyebrow waxing and tinting are excellent. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Chrissi from Gold Hill.

I went to get my nails done with a friend for her birthday. We scheduled the appt to each get a manicure and a pedicure. I suspect that we were among their last appointments for the day, because they completely rushed through, cut our nails at all different lengths and didn't even put a protective coat over top of them. It has been 6 days since my manicure, and they are already chipping and look terrible. I have to get them redone because of the terrible service and end product I received for my money. The price was reasonable, but I will never be going back there again. I'd rather pay twice as much and receive a mani/pedi I'm happy with, than one that I have to have redone because the technicians just wanted us out of there.

I walked in for a mani/pedi last week. There are two folks who work there who were busy in the afternoon. So, L**a was my tech. She seemed very unsure of herself, had to be directed as to what to do, and had to be reminded I requested a mani as well. When she was doing my mani, she kicked my foot, ruined one of my toe nails, then did a lousy job on it. I don't think this there typical quality of work, but I won't go back. I would rather not have this nail tech work on me ever!
