Reviews
First let me start by saying I rarely, almost never leave reviews but I hope this saves someone else 10 min. of their life.
I entered the store with my son at around 3:40. 9 min. later we were still standing at the counter, 3 ft. away from the stylist. Not once did she look up and acknowledge us, or say something to the effect of, " I will be with you in just a moment", or " what can I help you with?" It was the rudest experience I have had at an establishment! She could have simply asked what we needed, or let us know what time to come back so we could get my son's hair cut. It was so disrespectful of her to let us stand there and not say a word to us.
There was also another stylist in the next station over and she too did not even look our way. I am a busy person just like most of us, and I don't value my time more than anyone else, and I expect a place of business to at least hold my time with the same importance. My son who is 15 just recently got his first job and it has a customer service component to it, so on a positive note, this was a great teachable moment for him to see first hand how customer service can really affect business and how not to treat customer's period.
