I went there for a Gel Manicure on a Wednesday. It did look amazing, however two days later two nails chipped and peeled off. I went back to get them fixed Monday free of charged. However, while I was there to get my two nails fixed I asked the gentlemen to look over the rest of my nails to make sure that I would not have any other nails chip. The gentlemen stated "No no they are good." He did not even really bother to look over the rest of my nails. I asked one more time if the rest of my nails will be ok he said again, "no no they will be fine." I leave not even an hour later my thumb nail chips and peels off. I was so irrated. I called back explained what happened, and they stated come back in be will fix it. I asked to speak to a manager, the manager was not in so they took my name and phone number and I never got a phone call from the manager. A gel manicure is supposed to last two weeks, not 2 days. I did not mind going in once to get them fixed. However asking the gentlemen to look over them again before I left (which he failed to do and stated I was fine) which I was not because my thumb chipped an hour later. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR GEL MANICURES!

Very pleased with services here. Whoever wrote the positive review for Luvs Nailz must work there, because I've been there 3 times, and each time they were rude, tried to rip me off, clipped my skin while trimming down my nails, and then trying to tell me to stop moving when I jumped!

Overpriced for what you get...you can find MUCH better places in town than this place.

This place is ridiculously overpriced and they do an awful job. They're unfriendly and borderline rude. I highly recommend luvz nails on stefko blvd.
