I have been going on and off to Dr Zaladonis for around 3-4 years now. While there is a long wait for an initial appointment it is worth the weight. The Dr. is very knowledgable. He gave me prescriptions to clear my acne with only a few visits to the office. I would recommend to anyone.

Being a new, first-time patient and having seen other dermatologists, I was somewhat nervous. All my fears were put to rest upon hitting the front desk receptionist. She was pleasant and efficient. Although she was extremely busy she was able to answer my concerns with complete satisfaction. Upon entering the examination room, I was greeted with a wonderful smile from his medical assistant. She, too, was extremely pleasant. As she asked a few questions she reassured me that the Dr. will be in shortly and not to worry. Dr. Zaladonis entered the room with a very cordial reception. His demeanor is very calming, reassuring, knowledgeable, and kind. The Dr. explained, in layman's terms,exactly what and why I was experiencing my concerns. He did a little excision to my eye and a few other areas and said he would see me in 3 months. I actually walked out of the examining room with a smile on my face, very excited for my next appointment. To Dr. Zaladonis and your staff, KUDOS to you for a wonderful experience and I highly recommend you to anyone out there that requires dermatological care. This experience puts other doctors to shame as you proved what a doctor/patient relationship is all about. Thank you for being so caring.

My appointments at Dr. Zaladonis' office are always a pleasant and positive experience. The office staff are friendly and efficient, I have never waited for an extended period of time, but rather, been brought right in and seen by the Doctor! Everyone is professional as well as knowledgeable and you get the feeling that everyone really enjoys their job there. This is one Dr's. office you will never have to "dread" going to.

Tried to schedule an appointment 15 minutes ago. Very first answer I got was what insurance do I have. I proceeded to tell receptionist what it was. She told me first appointment would be January(4-5 months out). I explained it was necessary I see him more quickly than that. She said sorry that is it. This was the coldest I have ever been treated by anyone in the medical field. I will do everything in my power to tell anyone who asks, this is the worse clinic around. Maybe the doctor is good but the staff is heartless and cruel. George M.

My daughter went into Dr. Zaladonis' office 7 months ago after going to 3 dermatologists, our family Dr. and an aesthetician ( referred by her) after a self esteem busting bout of acne. She was shot down and made to feel like she was dirty, eating wrong, not using topicals correctly etc etc, When we stepped into Dr. Zaladonis's office things changed. He diagnosed , prescribed and 6 months later her face is perfect. I do not want to put too much weight on appearances but to a 16 year old teenage girl he was a life saver. Her self esteem is back, she doesn't shy away from people and she is enjoying a very social social life again. Dr. Z always asked questions and really cared about how she was doing all along during her regiment. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating and we NEVER had a scheduling issue ever. Thanks for the boost of confidence my daughter now has and for the wonderful experience at Dr. Z's office , since then I have referred 5 people to him and will continue to do so. Great job!!!
