I have been going here since it opened and have never had a bad experience. Between myself and my kids have been here a good 2 dozen times and have been seen by at least half a dozen different stylists (although I hardly need a style!) They are all very nice and professional and I have never felt rushed. The place is becoming quite popular and so sometimes there is a wait - but that's what happens.
They definitely sweep between cuts - I have no idea where that comes from.
Hair dresser did not sweep up between cuts. It was the only place we had been to where someone (hairdresser) mentioned a lice outbreak "we have seen 5 cases of lice in the last three days". Next thing I know my daughter has lice. She was the only one to get it and the only one to get her hair done. It took several phone calls to get the manager on the phone. She agreed we deserve a refund. I'm still waiting for the check weeks later. Never again will I go to this filthy so called salon!
