Never again for a Brazilian bikini wax! I should've known better than to use someone other than my regular waxer. The woman used cheap wax that was way too hot. The wax was so cheap she couldn't get it off my hair or skin, so she repeatedly put the cloth strips back on the wax and kept ripping and ripping. My skin was raw by the time she was done, and she still managed to leave patches of hair behind. Other stylists kept coming into the room throughout the waxing session to socialize with the waxer, and even left the door leading out into the salon open! I had my pants off...thanks for making an awkward experience way more awkward. Her inability to get my hair out resulted in an incredibly painful experience which lasted forever. When it was FINALLY over, she proceeded to pour wax remover (a chemical, mind you) directly onto my skin. Um, did she forget my pores were open from the waxing and did she not see my skin was already raw? There were still chunks of the cheap wax in the hair she left behind, and she actually handed me the bottle of wax remover and some gauze and left me to pick the wax out myself. Like I was going to keep putting that crap on my skin...it was burning me! It took multiple painful showers before all the wax was gone. I was left with raw, irritated skin and blisters. I still can't believe they actually made me pay for that horrible experience. I immediately returned to my old waxer and have never had a bad experience since!
