We broke up yesterday. Me, my mom, and my grandma would go regularly, but I am so disappointed in them after yesterday. I went there to get my nails done for my baby shower and got gel on my toes & nails and they turned out to be 2 different colors! Not only did they turn out different colors but it took 3 hours! I go there at 4 and didn't leave until 7. When I went to pay they could tell how upset I was with my experience and said they would knock of $3 for them being diff. colors. $3!!!!!! my total was $80 and I spent 3 hrs there....$3 really? THEN the guy haggled me about the tip I was leaving, saying that their machine takes $1 off the tip when I tip on a credit card, hinting I should add to the tip to compensate.....NOT MY PROBLEM! I told them I was never coming back and I was extremely disappointed in them, so they said if I come back they will do a gel pedi for free. Before I walked out one woman had the nerve to say "that's $15 off" (because gel on your toes is an extra $15). Um no....FREE. If I wanted them fixed that second they would have been fixed for free- and I would have if I wasn't there for 3 hours already. I am so disappointed in them for how they handled that situation that I am never going back. Sorry T&M, you just lost 3 regular customers.

Terrible experience! Had an appointment at 2:00 for pedicure & gel manicure & got out at 4:45... Would have been longer but I had to get back to work. Do not go here if u want gels.. they had to redo them because there were bubbles in my nails.. looks horrible! I look like I have press on nails and already coming up after 5 days! Pedicure wasn't great either
