SALON HELL!!! This 18 year old girl right out of high school dyed my hair BLACK with grey hues after I asked for light brown to dark blonde color. She burned my scalp and frayed my hair with the comb. She ripped from top to bottom with a fine tooth comb, creating more knots as she went. 70 dollars...and I tipped her because I felt SORRY for her. She had NO training. She couldn't even brush hair. It took 5 hours until I was out of SALON HELL! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Edit: I called the 1-800 number for the main Regis company. Their customer service was extremely friendly and gave me a refund after I waited for the manager of the Indiana Regis to call me back. (She didn't...big surprise). To clarify: I was refunded by the Regis company, not by the salon. The Regis company's customer service is EXCELLENT. So, if you're ever burned by this particular salon, go straight to the top and call the 1-800 number. They need to know how bad this salon is!

THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE CIRCUS. my roomate and I went there for simple highlights we literally asked for five foils each. The stylist April had NO IDEA what she was doing and processed our hair until it was literally breaking off. My friend asked for a couple streaks of brown-red and she left with a head of pink hair it was literally a horror. I asked for blonde streaks and I walked out looking like willy wonka with orange yellow and red streaks. We both were crying and she didnt even blow dry us she just looked embarrassed and STILL CHARGED US. we both refused to pay until the so called manager came over and said we still had to pay and that she didnt have time for us because she had to go to kmart. THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL JOKE. My friends hair is so fried now that she had to dye her originally beautiful blonde hair to dark brown just to get the pink out. She cant go back blonde for two whole months. The work staff was entirely unprofessional and was talking bad about each other to me the entire time I was there it was awkward and I felt like I was getting my hair done by a high school gossip girl. We literally ran down the hall to Boric's hair salon bawling our eyes out and the stylist there said it was the worst highlights he had ever seen in his 7 years of experience. He ddidnt even want to charge us for fixing it becuase he felt so bad. DO NOT GO TO REGIS SALON IT IS QUESTIONABLE IF THEY EVEN HAVE STYLISTS THERE THAT HAVE EVER HAD TRAINING WITH HAIR. total disaster she ruined our hair and did permanenet damage that is going to be hard to reverse.

There are many clients that are very satisfied when they leave the salon. unfortunately bad experiences do happen and they are WELL COMPENSATED.I wish people could post the positive things and not try to ruin peoples livelihood and reputation. they ruined my hair seriously. They kept washing out the bleach and reapplying my hair was fried! they burnt my scalp, three years later i'm still growing out the damages :( save your money, do not go here. The girls who work there act like they know so much about their jobs but really they do not. i thought that since they all had nice looking hair, it was a decent place. they are very unprofessional!
