VERY unprofessional! I am disgusted with their service. I made an APPOINTMENT for a simple hair cut and I specifically stated that I only had an hour lunch, COULD they do it because I could not wait. She said yes, yes that's fine they could take me immediately at 12:30. WELL I waited 10 mins before asking her about it and she said it was going to be another 10 mins. THAT is why i made an appointment and specifically said i needed to be taken within 5 mins. 5 MINS IS REASONABLE NOTHING ELSE! 3 strikes YOU'RE OUT UNIVERSITY STYLISTS! (my 3rd bad experience there!) I will make sure none of my friends or family visit you again.
I cant say I am very happy with them. They messed up my hair once and another time it was not really what I wanted. The one older stylist in the corner is nice and she did a good job but what she did to my hair was pretty fool-proof so I dont know how much credit I can give. Overall a 3 out of 5 stars. Blah.
